​Mastoris Named Director Of Operations At River House At Odette's

Beloved culinary leader brings more than 40 years of hospitality experience to New Hope's luxury boutique hotel.

NEW HOPE, PA — Alex Mastoris, the founder and co-owner of Rocco's at the Brick in Newtown, has been named the director of restaurant operations at River House at Odette's in New Hope.

In this role, Mastoris is responsible for continuing to provide a seamless, fine dining experience for all guests of the hotel’s signature restaurant, Odette’s, in addition to ensuring the dining venue performs at the highest possible caliber.

Under Mastoris’ helm, Odette’s will unveil a new menu in June featuring a selection of high-quality steaks, seafood, and authentic house-made pastas.

Mastoris brings more than four decades of experience in the culinary and hospitality industries to his role at River House at Odette’s. Well educated, Mastoris graduated from Cornell University with a master’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Following the completion of his education, he served his country with a tour of duty as an Army captain where he ran four Officers’ Clubs. Mastoris returned home and shifted his focus to restaurant operations where he opened and led numerous establishments around Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Most recently, Mastoris utilized his expansive experience as an influential restaurateur to become the founder and co-owner of historic steakhouse Rocco’s At The Brick Restaurant in Newtown.
