Penn State Frat Brothers Charged In Hazing Death To Reappear In Court Next Month
The hearing began Monday, and included three hours of footage from inside the Beta Theta Pi fraternity house the night of the fatal party.

BELLEFONTE, PA — The preliminary hearings for the 16 Penn State students accused in a fraternity hazing death will be continued on July 10 and 11, authorities with the Centre County District Attorney's Office announced Wednesday.
The hearing began Monday, and included three hours of footage from inside the Beta Theta Pi fraternity house the night of Feb. 2 and early morning of Feb. 3, when 19-year-old Tim Piazza got dangerously intoxicated and took a series of life-threatening spills.
Eighteen fraternity brothers are charged in connection with the New Jersey native's death. Two waived their hearing.
