Pennsylvania Woman Arrested In Lambertville With Stolen Car

Three others arrested on outstanding warrants out of Hamilton, Trenton and Vineland, New Jersey.

LAMBERTVILLE, N.J. — Police in the City of Lambertville, New Jersey reported the following arrests and incidents between Feb. 27 and March 13:

Monday, February 27

  • At approximately 2:10 p.m., a 27 year old man from Trenton, N.J., was arrested on five warrants out of Trenton municipal court as a result of a motor vehicle stop. He was charged in Lambertville with driving while having a suspended driver’s license and released after posting bail. Patrolman Genito was the arresting officer.

  • At approximately 1:35 p.m., a 27 year old Pennsylvania woman was arrested and charged with being in possession of a stolen motor vehicle out of Glenolden. She was released on her own recognizance with a pending court date at the Hunterdon County Superior Court. Patrolman Genito and DCpl Bast were the investigating officers.

Thursday, March 2

  • At approximately 4:40 p.m., a 32 year old Morrisville man was arrested on two warrants, one out of Hamilton Township Municipal Court and one out of Vineland City Municipal Court, subsequent to a motor vehicle stop. He was charged with delaying traffic and released after posting bail. Patrolman Lugo was the arresting officer.

  • At approximately 2:49 p.m., a 20 year old man from New Hope was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Lambertville Municipal Court. Patrolman Lugo was the arresting officer.

Residents are reminded to be cognizant of any suspicious persons requesting any monies or personal information by way of, but not limited to, telephone calls, emails or regular mail correspondence. Contact the Lambertville Police Department prior to responding to any of these potential scams.

Residents are also reminded to lock the doors to their vehicles and not to leave anything of value inside.
