Celebrating A New Managing Partner

Newtown, PA — April 6, 2026 — The Rose Group, a leading restaurant management company owning and operating 54 Applebee’s Grill + Bar restaurants in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey is thrilled to announce the promotion of Vicki Donnelly to Managing Partner. This milestone recognizes years of dedication, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences while positively impacting individuals across the company.

In this role, Vicki will have a larger platform to shape the guest experience and to continue developing the next generation of Rose Group leaders.

Vicki started her career with The Rose Group in 1992 and had been a vital part of our team. Since moving up to General Manager in 1999, Vicki has demonstrated an ability to build a culture of recognition while navigating complex operational challenges. More than a leader, she has been a coach, mentor, and catalyst for growth—creating environments where team members feel empowered to succeed.
