In terms of the forecast for the holiday, forecasters are calling for a chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms the evening of July 4. It will be hot, with highs in the mid-90s during the day, going to do the mid-70s a night.

Here is a list of shows by alphabetical order. Note: some shows are not on July 4, but in the days surrounding the holiday.

Fireworks will take place at dusk at Abington Senior High School. A parade is scheduled earlier in the day. Click here for details.

AMBLER

The Kiwanis Club of Ambler will host a carnival from July 3 to July 7 at Wissahickon High School, complete with rides, food, and more. The "Fireworks Spectacular" will take place at the high school on Friday, July 6 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Click here for details.

BETHEL TOWNSHIP

A fireworks show will be held at dust on July 4 at Bethel Springs Elementary School. Parking will be available, but limited, at the school and at Bethel Community Park. Bethel Springs Elementary School is located at 3280 Foulk Road in Garnet Valley. Click here for details.

CLIFTON HEIGHTS

The Clifton Heights 4th of July Association will host a day of fun to honor America's birthday, with fireworks set to go off at 9:30 p.m. at at the Clifton Heights Athletic Field, 212 N. Springfield Road. Tickets for the fireworks show cost $5 in advance and you get a free water ice. Tickets at the gate cost $6 and do not include water ice. Parking costs $5. See event details here.

CONSHOHOCKEN

Conshohocken's celebrations begin on July 3 at around 6 p.m. at Sutcliffe Park. Fireworks will be shot off at around 9:30 p.m. The party will continue with the Soap Box Derby on the Fourth of July, beginning at Fayette Street near 5th Avenue at 8 a.m. Click here for details.

DOWNINGTOWN

Downingtown's Good Neighbor Day will take place on July 4 at Kerr Park. Things will kick off with the 40th Annual 5k Run for Life and 23rd Annual Freedom Walk at 8 a.m. Carnival rides, games, and food will run from 10 a.m. through the end of the night. ERWINNA

Before the Independence Day holiday, the popular Concert Under the Stars event will be held at Tinicum Park on Saturday, June 30 at 8 p.m. "Plan a picnic, bring your family, bring your friends and find out why this has become a much loved and quintessential regional tradition," according to an event announcement. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 the day of the show. Students ages 7-18 are $10, and chilren 6 and under are free. Tinicum Park is located on River Road in Erwinna. LANGHORNE

There will be two fireworks shows at Sesame Place, 100 Sesame Rd, Langhorne. Shows are scheduled on July 3 and July 4 at 9:45 p.m., immediately following the 9 p.m. evening performance of the Neighborhood Street Party Night Parade. Entry into Sesame Place will be limited five minutes prior to the start of fireworks, according to the park. Admission fees apply. Click here for details.

LIMERICK

Waltz Golf Farm will host a Fourth of July celebration beginning at 7 p.m. on Independence Day.
Enjoy chip and put specials, along with live country music from the band Drive Train. The fireworks celebration will take place at around dusk. Click here for details.

LOWER PROVIDENCE

Lower Providence's Independence Day Concert and Fireworks event is slated to begin at 6:30 p.m. at Eagleville Park. A rain date has been set for Saturday, July 7 at 6:30 p.m. Click here for details.

NARBERTH

The 76th Annual Fourth of July celebration kicks off at 10 a.m. on July 4 in Narberth Park. From 10 a.m.to 2 p.m., the park will feature a carnival of fun family activities, with food, parades, races, contests, carnival games, a dunking booth, and more. NEW HOPE

On July 6, there will be Friday night fireworks in New Hope along the Delaware River. The show starts at 9:30 p.m. Click here for details.

There are no fireworks, but the North Wales Fourth of July Parade will begin at 11 a.m. on Main Street behind Action Karate. Fireworks in Lansdale are later in the summer. Click here for details.

PERKASIE

A fireworks display will conclude a day of fun and activities at the annual Pennridge Community Day, to be held on Sunday, July 8. The fireworks are scheduled to go off at 9:15 p.m. at Lenape Park, Rt. 152, Perkasie. Click here for more details.

There will be a fireworks show and concert in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art on July 4 as part of Wawa's annual Welcome America Festival. The Welcome America Festival runs from Thursday, June 28 to Wednesday, July 4, with the Party on the Parkway that night from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Click here for more information on that event.

Phoenixville's fireworks celebration will begin at around 6 p.m. on July 4 at Friendship Field. There will be vendors, drinks, funnel cakes, and more. Fireworks will be set off at around dusk, typically at 9:15 p.m. Click here for details.

Pottstown's new and improved GoFourth! Festival will take place across July 3 and 4 at Memorial Park in the borough. Fireworks are set for dusk. Click here for details.

RADNOR

The Radnor High School Scholarship Fund is hosting its fireworks display at Radnor High School on July 4 itself. Gates to the event open at 6:30 p.m. and fireworks begin at dusk. Not only will there be fireworks, the event will feature food, music, and games for attendees to enjoy. Tickets cost $5 to $10. Car loads cost $20. SKIPPACK

Skippack's village parade will begin at 11 a.m. on Skippack Pike It will be followed by a barbecue at Parc Bistro at 3 p.m. The fireworks display is slated to begin at dusk. Click here for details.

SOUTHAMPTON

The Southampton Days celebration will be held July 2 through July 7 at the ballfields between Tamanend Park and Klinger Middle School, off 2nd Street Pike. There is a parade and fireworks on July 4, as well as a fair and amusements throughout the week. Click here for more information on that event.

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP (Montgomery County)

The Springfield Township Rotary Club will not hold its carnival and fireworks display in 2018. Instead, a Wine and Beer Tasting event will be held on Thursday, June 21 at 5:30 p.m. at the Flourtown Country Club. More information here.

QUAKERTOWN

Quakertown Community Day on July 4 will feature fireworks. A concert by the Quakertown Band at 7 p.m. will be followed by fireworks at 9:30 p.m. The event is held at Memorial Park, 600 W. Mill Street. Click here for more information.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP

Tredyffrin Township will host its annual 4th of July Celebration from 7:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. in Wilson Farm Park, 500 Lee Road, Wayne. The Chester County Concert Band will be performing patriotic songs throughout the night. The fireworks show is set to go off at dusk after the band concludes their performance.
