Farm-To-Table Wine Bar Looking To Open In Newtown

Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar is seeking to open a location in the Village at Newtown Shopping Center.

A new wine bar and restaurant specializing in low-calorie, seasonal food is looking to open in Newtown, but first it needs liquor license transfer approval from the Newtown Township Supervisors.

Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar is seeking to open a 6,425 square-foot restaurant in the Village at Newtown Shopping Center, township Manager Kurt Ferguson said.

The liquor license transfer was an item for approval on tonight's (Wednesday's) Board of Supervisors meeting, however it has been continued at the request of the applicant, township officials told Patch. They will likely come before the supervisors in April, Ferguson said.
