Roads In Newtown 'Wet, But Clear,' Local Police Say
Watch out for black ice as temperatures are freezing, police say.

While snow may be accumulating less than previously expected in Bucks County, local police are warning people to use caution Tuesday while driving.
As of Tuesday morning, the roads are “wet, but clear,” police in Upper Makefield say.
“However, with the temperatures around freezing there is a chance for black ice and other slick spots, so please take your time if you are heading out this morning,” police said on Facebook.

A Winter Storm Warning was downgraded to a Winter Weather Advisory in Bucks counties, with two to four inches possible later today.
In the areas north of Philadelphia, where the accumulation predictions have been decreased, snow is expected “late today through the overnight hours,” according to forecasters with the National Weather Service.

It could fall at a “moderate rate” at times, according to the NWS. The storm is likely to impact the evening commute throughout the Philadelphia region.
