Further Details Released In Elderly Woman's Gunpoint Kidnapping
Police have issued details on the vehicle used by suspects who kidnapped and robbed an elderly woman in broad daylight in West Norriton.
WEST NORRITON, PA — Police have issued details on the vehicle used by suspects who kidnapped and robbed an elderly woman in broad daylight in West Norriton.
The vehicle is a 2017 or newer Nissan Rogue, with a caspian blue metallic color.
The updated information comes a few weeks after police announced an investigation into the kidnapping, which occurred at the Marshall's department store on 540 S. Trooper Road back on July 11.

At around 1 p.m. that day, the two suspects approached the 76-year-old victim and displayed a semi-automatic firearm inside her purse, police said. They then warned the victim not to scream, or they would kill her family.

They ultimately took her to a nearby bank and stole around $1,500 from her. During conversations, the suspects disclosed even deeper knowledge of the victim's family, including the location of several other family members and their children.
Police described the suspects as "very organized."
