2 Residential Burglaries Under Investigation In Northampton Twp

olice in Northampton Township are investigating two residential burglaries that were reported less than a mile apart on Nov. 10.

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Northampton Township are investigating two residential burglaries that were reported less than a mile apart on Nov. 10.

According to police, the first incident happened on Bridgestone Drive. The homeowner told police he was alerted by his security company that his home alarm had been activated. When he arrived home, the homeowner found that his side door had been forced open. Various valuables had been taken from the master bedroom.

Later that day, a home a half mile away was also burglarized.

Police said a homeowner on Woodstream Drive arrived home around 11 p.m. and found that someone had broken in, and ransacked the master bedroom. An unknown amount of jewelry was reported stolen.
