OK, So I'm still reeling from an encounter from yesterday. It's 2013. Do people still need to hear that they are talking TOO LOUD WHILE DININIG ALONE on their cell phones while in a restaruant?
My husband and I were discussing a private matter, and a woman comes in ALONE, and overpowers our conversation.
I literally could not hear my husband talking, and this woman was 3 booths away! I felt sorry for whoever she was talking to, since she blabbered on, nonstop !

If that wasn't bad enough, when the waitress asked for her order, she made the waitress WAIT, while she finished her conversation, to TAKE HER ORDER.
I'm still incessed that this continues to be an issue. This was an older woman, and acted as if everyone in the place cared about what she was saying. She showed a complete lack of decorum.

Discussing this issue later with my sons, they say it happens all the time, even in movie theaters, while the movie is playing.
