GPSEG re-elects four new officers to lead the executive networking group

PHILADELPHIA
The Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG) Board of Directors announced its selections for senior officers today.  Rip Tilden was re-elected Chairman and CEO ofthe organization for a one-year term, while Tom Aiken was re-elected Vice Chairman.

In addition, Paul Mitchell was re-elected as Treasurer, and Larry Buchwalter was elected as the new Secretary of the organization.

“I am truly honored to serve another term as chairman of
GPSEG,” Tilden said. “This past year our organization has seen steady growth in a number of areas. We are more active as an organization in community service, mentoring, and entrepreneurship.”

A resident of Malvern, Tilden is a Partner at Markarios
Consulting, LLC, in Downingtown and is the practice team leader for the company’s strategy and operational execution practices. He is actively engaged in coaching leaders in business, higher education and college athletics. He previously led a multi-million dollar fitness and wellness business in West Chester, and served as the Chief Operating Officer of InterDigital Communications in King of Prussia. Tilden is now chair of the YMCA board and
Project Faculty Member of The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

A resident of Furlong, Tom Aiken is a Principal at DGK Group, P.C. of Warminster, a professional accounting services firm, where he was recruited to expand
business development and provide CFO outsourcing services to emerging growth technology companies. He previously was senior vice president/chief financial
officer at Prescient Applied Intelligence, Inc. of West Chester.

He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, the New Jersey Technology Council, The
Financial Executives Networking Group and the Mid-Atlantic Diamond Ventures, where he is an advisory board member.

A resident of Philadelphia, Paul Mitchell is Senior Vice President, Commercial Bank, for Citibank, where he
specializes in small- and medium-sized companies. He previously served as President of Mitchell Capital Corp. and President of CoreStates Enterprise Fund, the mezzanine
private equity fund of CoreStates Bank.

Mitchell served as co-chair of GPSEG’s Financial Executives
Subgroup. He also is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Consultants Network, a former director of the Small Business Board of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of
Commerce and a former member of the Association for Corporate Growth.

A resident of Ridgewood, N.J., Larry Buchwalter is President and CEO at Stilwell Enterprises, LLC, a consultative services and acquisition holding company where he provides strategic, operational, business development and legal guidance primarily to medical and business service entities. Prior to that, he was President, CEO and principal owner of Nydic Medical Imaging, a
nationwide diagnostic imaging services provider.

Buchwalter is active in the GPSEG CEO Roundtable, the
Private Equity and Life Sciences subgroups and the New Jersey/Princeton/New Jersey North chapters as well as serving as Chair of the By-Laws Committee and
member of the Governance Committee. He was previously on the board of directors of the Radiology Business Managers Association (as well as its Federal Affairs,
Payor Relations and By-Laws Committees), the New Jersey Executive Networking Group and the National Coalition for Quality in Diagnostic Imaging Services.
