Social Skills Seminar - Complimentary

Social Skills Seminars – Complimentary (Central, Northern & Southern New Jersey)

Summer can be a very difficult time for children with Asperger's Syndrome, High Functioning Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety and other conditions, many of whom cannot participate in typical summer programs or camps because of poor social skills.

Parents, educators and mental health providers are invited to a free 90-minute workshop to learn about best practices for summer social skills training / programming. Attendees will learn: How the summer months can be used to teach and maintain social skills for children with disabilities; best practices to teach and generalize social skills; strategies to help children make and keep friends; and decision making about extended school year (ESY) programming for a child with social skills needs.

Holly, NJ on March 7; East Hanover, NJ on March 11; Hamilton, NJ on March 14; Piscataway, NJ on March 18; Cherry Hill, NJ on March 20; Turnersville on April 3; Princeton on April 4; and Mt.
