Multi-Million Dollar Drug Ring Busted, Holland Man Among 18 Charged

A multi-million dollar Eastern Pennsylvania drug trafficking ring has been busted and 18 people are charged, including a Holland man.

Attorney General Kathleen Kane announced the charges Friday, saying the group trafficked cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana and prescription pills across the Philadelphia area.

Agents from the Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Narcotics Investigation partnered with investigators from the Philadelphia Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration in the investigation, which began in 2014.

The leader of the ring, Andre Wilson of southern New Jersey, traveled from Philadelphia to Los Angeles to organize the transport of the drugs, the Attorney General's office said.

Wilson, who is also accused of laundering $4 million, utilized UPS and FedEx in order to ship drugs and monetary proceeds cross country, agents allege.

The following is a list of the suspects and their charges, according to the Attorney General's office.

Andre Wilson, 37, Merchantville, NJ: Charged with 19 counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations, criminal use of a communication facility and dealing in illegal proceeds.

Geovanney Chavez, 33, Los Angeles, CA: Charged with seven counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

Felicite Leacock, 57, Philadelphia: Charged with 20 counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

Aleisha King, 35, Los Angeles: Charged with two counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

Joana Sotero Wilson, 40, Merchantville, NJ: Charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity, three counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of corrupt organizations, criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communication facility.

Nitza Vasquez, 37, Philadelphia: Charged with two counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

Cory Smallwood, 40, Philadelphia: Charged with five counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations, dealing in unlawful proceeds and criminal use of a communication facility.

Jabari Marlowe, 41, Camden: Charged with three counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

Keible Maitland, 36, Vineland: Charged with two counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

Carl Moore, age and address unknown: Charged with three counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

Sherwin McLean, 38, Brooklyn, NY: Charged with one count each of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

Richard Vernon, 40, West Trenton, NJ: Charged with one count each of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

George Pierson, 63, Cinnaminson: Charged with two counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

Cynthia Pierson, 59, Cinnaminson, NJ: Charged with two counts of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count each of corrupt organizations and criminal use of a communication facility.

Clifford Miller, 54, Holland, PA, is charged with four counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Yana Kyurcheva, 44, Philadelphia: Charged with one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations, criminal use of a communication facility and Dealing in unlawful proceeds.

Marina Sakson, 50, Marlton, NJ: Charged with one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations, criminal use of a communication facility and dealing in unlawful proceeds.

Issak Shermukhamedov, 25, Philadelphia: Charged with one count each of criminal conspiracy, corrupt organizations, criminal use of a communication facility and dealing in unlawful proceeds.

More arrests are expected, Kane said.

The Bensalem Police Department, the Philadelphia Police Department and the DEA assisted with the investigation.
