Northampton Teen Charged After Passing Out At Pizzeria: Police
The unresponsive teen passed out in the bathroom of the local pizza restaurant. Police later charged him with underage drinking.

A 17-year-old who passed out in the bathroom at Marco’s Pizzeria due to intoxication was later charged with underage drinking by Newtown Township Police, authorities said.
The incident was reported around 8 p.m. on Nov. 7, when police were called to the restaurant because there was an unresponsive teen in the bathroom.
Police responded and were able to rouse the teen, a Northampton Township resident. A breath test was administered and showed a positive reading for alcohol, police said.

The teen’s parents were notified and responded to the scene to pick him up. He will receive a citation charging him with underage drinking, police said.
