SWAT Team Arrests Man For Burglary In Northampton
The man had been evicted from the home and, when officers called him, he denied being there, according to police.

NORTHAMPTON, PA — A man police say broke into a home he'd been evicted from in Ivyland on Wednesday night was arrested as SWAT team members were preparing for a standoff at the house.
Northampton Township Police say that at about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, officers were dispatched to a report that a man was trying to get into a home on Grenoble Road. The homeowners, who had a security camera, recognized the man as Mohammed Mohiuddin, according to police.
Mohiuddin had been evicted from the property by the Bucks County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 26.

Police were able to locate his Chevrolet Impala at a nearby nursery school and, as they approached, saw lights going on and off in the home. Officers called Mohiuddin, who denied being at the property, according to police.
Police say that "due to circumstances and previous intelligence information," a SWAT team was activated. While the team was mustering nearby, officers heard a noise and found Mohiuddin climbing out of a basement window beneath a deck, police said.
