At a news conference Wednesday, police said the shooting stemmed from an instance of bullying.

One of the suspects was mocking the younger brother of the teen who is critical, police said. That led to an argument, which escalated to the shooting, according to authorities.

Hylton is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds, authorities said. His last known address is on the 1200 block of Levick Street. He is also listed as a runaway juvenile.

Hylton should be considered armed and dangerous.

Police said they are looking for other people involved in the shooting.
