4 Killed In DUI Crash On I-76: Charges Filed, Victims ID'ed
Twin brothers, their friend, and a rideshare driver were killed by a driver who Pennsylvania State Police was under the influence Saturday.
PHILADELPHIA — A Philadelphia man is facing homicide while DUI and more charges after authorities said he caused a fatal crash on Interstate 76 this weekend.
The crash occurred at about 1:44 a.m. Saturday near the City Avenue exit on Interstate 76 west, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Police on scene found a vehicle driven by Victor Spizzirri, 31, of Philadelphia, swerved into the vehicle driven by rideshare driver Jan Carlo Santana, 31, of Philadelphia.

Santana's vehicle was pushed into a bridge pillar, killing Tucker and Christian Schimelfenig, both 23, and Michael Comerford, 24, all of Clarks Summit, state police said.
The Scranton Times Tribute reports Tucker and Christian Schimelfenig are twin brothers.

Santana was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
Spizzirri's vehicle spun and flipped several times before coming to a rest, police said.
Spizzirri has been charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and related charges, and is hospitalized for minor injuries from the crash.
