Ellen DeGeneres said on Twitter Tuesday that crews from her TV show will be in Philadelphia for a live shot, and you could be in it.
The star and comedian said her production team will be shutting down a few blocks on Walnut Street Wednesday for a live shot.
I’m going to shut down a couple of blocks on Walnut St. in #Philly. If you’re free on Wednesday, it’s gonna be fun.

The Philadelphia Mayor's Office said the shot will be concentrated on the 1600 block of Walnut Street, with closures from Broad to 17th streets from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Numbered streets between Broad and 17th Street will remain open, according to the city.
"Ellen will host via live shot and Ellen’s correspondent, Jeannie Klisiewicz, will be on site" a show publicist said. "Continue to follow 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' on Twitter (@TheEllenShow) for more information."

"Ellen will not be in Philadelphia but she will be live from satellite engaging with her Philadelphia fans," Greater Philadelphia Film Office executive director Sharon Pinkenson told Philly.com.
While DeGeneres hasn't shared with fans what her show will be doing in the city, that doesn't really matter as she commands a massive and loyal fan base thanks to her goofy dancing, altruism, pranks on her talk show, and her role as Dory the forgetful fish in "Finding Nemo" and "Finding Dory."
