Michelle Obama Coming To Philly May 2 For College Signing Day

PHILADELPHIA – Former First Lade Michelle Obama is coming to Philadelphia next month to celebrate national College Signing Day at Temple University and you can get tickets to attend the event to see her and some other notable names in music, movies, TV, and sports.

Obama will be at the event on May 2 in the Liacouras Center on Temple's Campus.

College Signing Day honors all college-bound students, not just athletes, who have committed to attend an institution of higher learning, are joining the military, or entering a trade or certificate program.

Not only will attendees be able to see the former First Lady, Bradley Cooper, Questlove, Robert De Niro, Zendaya, Kelly Rowland, Rebel Wilson, and Nick Cannon, among others will be on hand for the event.

Reach Higher-Better Make Room was founded by Obama in 2015 to target Generation Z, young people ages 14-19, to celebrate education, change the national conversation, and reach students directly where they are and give them a space to create content while also navigating the college-going process.
