Overwatch League Grand Finals Coming To Philadelphia
Overwatch, a very popular RPG and shooting game will be bring it's "Overwatch League Grand Finals" to the Wells Fargo Center in September.

Video games are taking over the world. That is a proven fact. In the age where "streamers" or "people who broadcast video games to others on the internet" are increasing with the current generation, more events such as the Fortnite World Cup and Call Of Duty Championship have been occurring around the USA and in September, Philadelphia will get to experience this for themselves. Blizzard Entertainment, the company behind the popular RPG and shooting game Overwatch, announced back in 2018 that the Overwatch League Grand Finals will be coming to the city of Philadelphia on September 29th at the Wells Fargo Center. The announcement came a few months after the 2018 championship in New York City and according to a source, Blizzard Entertainment CEO said that "We are very excited to bring the championship to the city of Philadelphia in 2019. Fusion fans have proved that Philly is full of energy and love for the game which makes Philadelphia a perfect place to host next years grand final."
The event is scheduled to be 2-3 hours long and will also broadcast on ABC and ESPN in the United States for those who can't make it to Philadelphia. And if you were hoping to get tickets, you are out of luck sadly as they sold out last weekend. That means that 19,500 Overwatch fans will be in attendance filling the Wells Fargo Center to capacity which will make history as the most attendance for a video game event at the arena.
The event will also feature fun activities for fans such as face painting, photo-ops with popular Overwatch characters, a merchandise booth and for a $60 upgrade, you can get to meet the players on the top 2 teams competing for the championship.
