Philadelphia Film Festival Announces Dates and...

J. Andrew Greenblatt, CEO of the Philadelphia Film Festival Society, noted that the non-profit organization will produce this year's showings Oct. 18-28 at the Roxy & Ritz Theaters in Center City.
