Philly Science Festival: What You Need To Know

The Philadelphia Science Festival is growing nearer and with the massive amount of events and activities planned, a quick guide to the festival might come in handy. So read on to learn about what to expect over the nine-day-long science festival that is taking over Philadelphia area next week.

The events kick off the evening of Friday, April 21 with two events, scheduled.

Then the fun ramps up:

• Sunday, April 23 – 25 events
• Monday, April 24 – 6 events
• Tuesday, April 25 – 6 events
• Wednesday, April 26 – 7 events
• Thursday, April 27 – 7 events
• Friday, April 28 – 23 events
• Saturday, April 29 – 1 event

With events like "Fake Out: The Science of Deception," science in the park events at three different outdoor spaces, "Gross Anatomy: Sex," and the closing Science Carnival at Penn's Landing on April 29, the nine-day festival has tons of fun things for kids and adults alike.
