Truck Used By Philly Man Who Escaped PA Prison Found: US Marshals
Isaiah Tilghman, 33, of Philadelphia, escaped the Blair County prison on Sunday, Dec. 3. Authorities believe he may be in the Philly area.
PHILADELPHIA — The U.S. Marshals Service said a truck used by a Philadelphia man who escaped a Blair County prison has been found.
According to federal authorities, a stolen Ford F-150 truck used by Blair County escapee Isaiah Tilghman was found in Philadelphia.
The truck was found in the 2600 block of S. Front Street with a stolen tag from Port Richmond.

Tilghman, 33, of Philadelphia, escaped custody on Sunday, Dec. 3.
On Dec. 6, authorities found a license plate that was previously on a vehicle believed to be stolen by Tilghman in Blair County

Investigators found the license plate, ZNR-9945, at 1:30 Wednesday on the 3500 block of Belgrade Street, about a 15 minute drive north of where the stolen truck was found. The plate was on a red Ford F-150 that was similar to the red 2011 Ford F-150 stolen by Tilghman.
Tilghman remains at large.

He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weights about 160 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and multiple tattoos on both arms. His last known address was in the 6200 block of Dickens Avenue in Philadelphia.
