The Chester County District Attorney's Office said that the woman had already been dead when she was placed in the pond. It was also clear that she had not died from a gunshot wound, strangulation, or blunt force trauma, more common methods of killing.
An array of jewelry was found on the woman's body, and so far, that represents the most significant lead which the DA's office has released to the public. The images of the jewelry are attached above.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact Chester County Detective Sergeant Tom Goggin at 610-344-6866.
