Woman Tied To Local Meth Lab Could Be In Phoenixville Area: Cops
Police say the woman helped purchase ingredients needed to run a meth lab at a local apartment complex.

LOWER POTTSGROVE, PA — An arrest warrant has been issued for a woman who helped purchase ingredients needed to run a meth lab at a local apartment complex.
Amber Lynn Devine, 36, faces charges of manufacturing, delivery, or possession, reckless endangerment, risking a catastrophe, and related counts.
The charges stem from a recent incident at the Rolling Hills Apartments on 2120 Buchert Road.

Inside one of the apartments, police found numerous components indicating the production of methamphetamine.

There were four individuals inside the apartment when police arrived. Though they have not been identified by police nor formally charged, all were taken into custody.
The apartment where the meth operation was discovered was condemned by the Lower Pottsgrove Codes Department due to the volatile chemicals there.
Devine has been known to stay in Boyertown, Royersford, and Phoenixville, polie said.
