Consumer Alert Issued For Pittsburgh-Area Pizza Parlor

PITTSBURGH, PA - The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for R&B's Pizza Place on Lincoln Avenue in Bellevue.
Inspectors on Tuesday found several high-risk violations involving food stored at unsafe temperatures. Food must be stored at 41 degrees or colder, but an inspection revealed:
- Cooked chicken at 55 degrees.
- Cut tomatoes at 54 degrees.
- Shredded cheese at 55 degrees.
- Pizza sauce at 56 degrees.
- Marinating chicken at 45 degrees.
- Cut tomatoes at 44 degrees.
