PITTSBURGH, PA - The coronavirus outbreak in Pennsylvania and across the nation is having vast impacts in Pittsburgh including the closure of schools and many businesses.
As of Monday, there were 295 cases of coronavirus in Allegheny County. Four people have died in southwestern Pennsylvania from COVID-19, two each in Allegheny and Butler counties. The state reported an additional 693 positive cases of the coronavirus on Monday, bringing Pennsylvania's total to 4,087 cases in 59 counties. Forty-nine people have died from the illness in the state.
