PITTSBURGH, PA — Nostalgia time! The Pirates signed Andrew McCutchen, who led the team to its only brief period of competitiveness in the last three decades in the 2010s to a one-year contract.
As great as McCutchen was with the Bucs before he was traded in 2018, don't assume a World Series championship is on the horizon for the team. He batted .237 last year.
