PITTSBURGH, PA — The timing could not have been more cruel.
Two days after the latest school shooting that left three students and three adults dead in Nashville, TN, calls went out claiming there was an active shooter or a bomb in place at various Pennsylvania schools and in other states.
Two of the schools were in Pittsburgh - Central Catholic High School and Oakland Catholic High School, both in Oakland. Terrified students were evacuated until both buildings were swept and police determined there was no threat.
