Senate Candidates Squabble, Area Walmart Closing & More: Weekly Wrap

Time to catch up on the week's top stories, presented as always in a convenient linkable format.

PITTSBURGH, PA —Your opinion on the one and only Pennsylvania U.S. Senate debate between Democrat John Fetterman and Republican Mehmet Oz likely depends on which side of the political aisle you prefer.

The debate showed two candidates who lobbed verbal bombs at each other for most of the hour-long event rather than discuss, you know, actual issues. Neither candidate was perfect.

Fetterman clearly still has lingering effects from a stroke he suffered in May that has many questioning whether he is healthy enough to serve in the Senate. Oz dodged questions on abortion after giving steadfast answers on the topic much earlier in his campaign.
