Westbound lanes on I-76 are open again, according to KYW Radio, after a tractor trailer accident outside Conshohocken Thursday morning closed them.
The multi-vehicle accident, which occurred near exit 337 in West Conshohcken, was causing massive delays with the Thursday morning commute.
