Maltz Auctions, a premier full-service auction company serving the Continental United States and Caribbean, has announced it has been directed to conduct a lender-ordered, online-only public auction of more than 370 lots of heavy equipment, machinery and job-site supplies formerly used by Stryker Demolition & Environmental Services (Stryker DES) at 307 East Church Road in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Online bidding will open Friday, September 25, 2026, at 10 a.m. and is scheduled to close beginning Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 10 a.m. Pre-registration, including a signed Terms and Conditions of Sale, a signed Online Bidding Form and a deposit, is required at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled close of the auction.

"This is a strong opportunity for contractors, demolition companies and equipment dealers to acquire well-maintained heavy machinery, including three Kobelco excavators with over $110,000 in recent service work, along with a wide range of tools and job-site equipment," said Richard Maltz, CEO of Maltz Auctions. Pre-registration is required to bid. Prospective bidders must submit a signed Terms and Conditions of Sale, a signed Online Bidding Form and a deposit to be approved to bid. A minimum 25% deposit is required, payable to Maltz Auctions, Inc., by cashier's check, postal money order, wire transfer or cash. Funds must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled end of the auction. Credit card authentication does not satisfy this requirement. Buying power will be four times the amount of the deposit. All unspent deposits will be refunded within 72 business hours following the conclusion of the auction.

If a bid is placed with less than one minute remaining, the bidding period will extend so that one minute remains for competing bids. Once no further bidding activity occurs, the sale closes when the time runs out. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to all bids to determine the total purchase price.
