CVS Coming to Whitemarsh
The township Board of Supervisors approved a resolution for the drugstore.

The Whitemarsh Board of Supervisors approved a resolution that will bring a new CVS to the corner of Skippake and Butler Pikes at its meeting on Thursday.
The conditional land development approval resolution granted variances and waivers to a project that has been before zoning and planning committees in the township since 2009, according to Mark Jonas, the attorney representing the project.
“It has been a long time coming,” he said. “A lot of people are very enthusiastic about the revitalization of the site. This site has really been under the microscope and [the final plan] represents a number of discussions.”
