Morning Traffic: Roads Normal, Says PennDOT

Commuters can expect a normal ride on I-76 and I-476 Tuesday morning, according to PennDOT. The transportation authority has no alerts or bulletins for its major highways in Conshohocken and Plymouth. Traffic cameras of the area show light traffic that is expected to pick up as the morning continues, but no major unusual delays are expected.
