Mosquito Sparying Scheduled for Whitemarsh
Spraying to prevent the West Nile virus will take place on Wednesday.

Parts of Whitemarsh will undergo a county-organized mosquito spraying on Wendesday.
According to a release from , the in Whitemarsh is scheduled for adulticiding to control the mosquito population in select sections of the area.
The spraying is being done in areas that were sampled by the Montgomery County Health Department to have a high mosquito population that could potentially carry the West Nile Virus.

The spaying is scheduled to take place from 7:45 to 10 p.m. on September 7, with a rain date scheduled for September 14. Both Plymouth and Conshohocken are also involved in the county-mandated spraying.
