Whitemarsh Sewer Authority to Address Public Questions

The Whitemarsh Authority announced on the township’s website that it is holding two special meetings to address public questions regarding a on Thursday.

The meetings, which will be held at 3 and 6 p.m. at the , are “an effort to help [residents] better understand the requirements associated with connecting to the sewer system,” the authority said in a letter to township residents.

Staff is expected to answer questions about procedures, costs and timeframe for connection to the line, as well as cost and terms of payment for assessment, the letter sates.

Residents can state their intention to attend the meeting or request an alternative meeting by contacting the Authority at 610-825-3535 ex 2602 or by emailing Authority@whitemarshtwp.org.

The sewer project is expected to begin in September and should be completed by November, according to the township website.
