Radnor's Harvest Hosting Irish Whiskey Dinner For St Paddy's Day
You can enjoy four courses paired with the premium whiskeys, which will all be offered neat or as a paired, hand-crafted cocktail.

RADNOR, PA – In celebration of St. Patrick's Day, Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar in Radnor is hosting a four-course Irish Whiskey dinner on Wednesday, March 14.
For $65 per person, diners can enjoy a curated menu by Executive Chef Josh Short, who has created four courses to perfectly pair with the premium whiskeys, which will all be offered neat or as a paired, hand-crafted cocktail.
Dinners will be at at 6:30 p.m. and reservations are highly recommended.

The first course features smoked duck breast with caramelized pears, apricot purée, bleu cheese and baby arugula, paired with "The Public House" cocktail, which features Tullamore Dew, apricot brandy and walnut bitters.
The second course is an Icelandic cod with creamed mustard greens, maple-carrot brittle and ginger brown butter crumb, paired with "Waking Ned Devine" — a masterpiece featuring Jameson Caskmates IPA, Snap Liqueur, muddled ginger, lemon and maple sugar.

The main course features pastrami-rubbed pork belly with fermented lemon fennel sauerkraut, cashew gremolata and smashed English peas, paired with "The Limerick," a delicious composition of Red Breast 12 Year, Fernet Branca and orange bitters.
And for dessert, guests can indulge with Guinness cake with butterscotch pudding, Irish whipped cream and caramel corn, and paired with "Quiet Man Coffee," which includes Tullamore Dew 12 Year, coffee, sugar, and butterscotch chicory tuile.
"St. Patrick's Day is about whiskey and Irish beverages, and pairing these fine whiskeys with delicious food that complements each drink perfectly," owner Dave Magrogan said. "We love to create these types of menu pairing experiences for holidays, and I adore what Chef Josh Short has created with this dinner, which reflects my Irish heritage. The Guinness Cake should be a hit, and I think it's a really nice touch to the entire Irish-themed menu."
