Radnor's Harvest Hosting Special Pinot Noir Dinner April 12

Calling all wine lovers, Radnor's Harvest Season Grill and Wine Bar is offering up a special dinner featuring West Coast Pinot Noirs.

RADNOR, PA – Attention wine lovers, Radnor's Harvest Season Grill and Wine Bar is preparing to host a special dinner that's all about Pinot Noir and if you love the vino you'll want to make reservations soon.

Harvest will host a four-course Pinot Noir dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 12.

Dinner cost $75 a person and gets you a curated menu by Executive Chef Josh Short, who has created four courses to pair with each Pinot Noir selection.

The first course features almond-crusted baked camembert with pancetta, blistered cherry tomato soft-boiled egg, lemon herb salad and carrot cake crouton, and will be paired with "Whole Cluster" Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley Vineyards in Oregon.

The second course is an apricot-barbecued duck breast with Fresno pepper jelly, warm duck fat potato salad, shaved fennel and grain ale mustard vinaigrette, paired with Pinot Noir from Erath Estate from the Willamette Valley.

The main course features harissa-rubbed lamb loin with charred tomato glazed carrot, fondant potato, cognac mushroom fricassee and olive-mint relish, paired with Cline Cellars Estate Pinot Noir from Sonoma, California.

And for dessert, guests will savor a mango-rhubarb corn cake featuring wood-grilled cornbread, mango-rhubarb compote, grapefruit salted honey butter and whipped vanilla ricotta, paired with Acrobat Rosé of Pinot Noir from Eugene, Oregon.

"These magnificent wineries in California and Oregon produce some of the finest Pinot Noir varietals that I've tasted, and Chef Short has created delicious menu pairings which will pair perfectly with each pour," Harvest Owner Dave Magrogan. "We're really looking forward to this dinner. Our customers always give us excellent feedback for our wine dinners, and we see this one being one of the best we've ever hosted."
