Second Racist Message Found In Cabrini Dorm

Breaking: This weekend, a student came home to find a racial slur on her dorm door. Now another racist message has been found.

RADNOR, PA – Just a few days after a Cabrini University student found a racist message scribbled on her dorm room door, another racist message was found on a dorm door, to the university.

In both incidents, the messages read "go away n-----."

The university and Radnor Township Police are investigating both incidents to identify those responsible.

Radnor Police told NBC10 that the second message, found Tuesday, Sept. 19, was on the same floor. as the first message.

The first message was found Saturday, Sept. 16 when a freshman African American student came home. The student was the only person of color living in that dorm room.

In response to the first incident, the university shared a photo of student made flyers that share messages of love, inclusion, and diversity that were made following the racist message's appearance.

"The University is fully investigating this report, and takes our student safety seriously," the university said in a statement on the incident. "Cabrini does not tolerate any form of hate speech or racist language, and our priority remains to ensure our students feel safe and supported."
