$20K Reward Offered In Fatal SEPTA Shooting Of Roxborough High Student
Police identified Wednesday's deadly SEPTA bus shooting victim as 15-year-old Randy Mills, a Roxborough High School student.
PHILADELPHIA — The teenager killed in a shooting on a SEPTA bus Wednesday has been identified, and a $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his killer's arrest and conviction.
Philadelphia Police said Randy Mills, 15, was shot and killed on a Route 23 SEPTA bus at about 10:51 p.m. Wednesday in the area of 5200 block of Germantown Avenue.
Mills was a Roxborough High School student, according to the School District of Philadelphia.

"We wish to extend our deepest sympathies and heartfelt thoughts to the family and friends of the young Roxborough High School student whose life was tragically cut short Wednesday," the district said in a statement Friday. "We condemn the senseless gun violence in Philadelphia - a years-long crisis that continues to have lasting impacts on our children and their families."
Mills was shot by an unknown gunman who was wearing a full face covering, authorities said.

The gunman got on the bus in a hoodie and a full head and face covering and started arguing with Mills, which became physical and ended with the shooting, police said.

Mills was taken to a hospital, where he later died, police said
Authorities only described the shooter as a black male.
Police are asking for help identifying the shooter and are trying to identify a person of interest depicted in the video above, as well as any other potential witnesses to the incident.
A $20,000 reward is available for information leading to the shooter's arrest and conviction.
