Roxborough Cheesesteak Joint Among 'Best Value' Philly Spots: Eater

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia is home to some stellar, and quite pricey, restaurants.

With six local chefs, restaurants, and restaurateurs recently earning James Beard Award nominations, the city's reputation in the culinary world only seems to improve.

But not all great Philly food is costly and high end.

And Eater Philly drafted a list of some of the area's best value spots for a bite.

Among them is a Roxborough staple that's been slinging cheesesteaks for decades.

Eater listed Dalessandro's among the Philly's best-value restaurants.
