US Marshals Join Hunt For Accused Roxborough Killer, Reward Offered
Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for info leading to Dayron Burney-Thorn's arrest in connection with the deadly shooting.

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA — The U.S. Marshals Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force has joined the search for one of the teens accused of opening fire on other teens outside Roxborough High School on Sept. 27.
Federal authorities said they are looking for Dayron Burney-Thorn, 16, in connection with the shooting that killed Nicholas Elizalde, 14, of Havertown, and hurt four other boys when a football scrimmage ended the afternoon of Tuesday, Sept. 27 at the school.
He is wanted on murder and related charges.

Burney-Thorn is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds.
He has black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities said his last known address was in the 2900 blockof Bambrey Street in Philadelphia.
The US Marshals Service is working in conjunction with PA Crimestoppers and offering up to a
$5000 cash reward for information leading directly to Burney-Thorn's arrest.
Tips can be called into PA CrimeStoppers at 1-800-4PA-TIPS or submitted online here to the Marshals Service.
Police have already taken Yaaseen Bivins, 21, and Zyheid Jones, 17, into custody in connection with the shooting on murder and related crimes.
Troy Fletcher, 15, has an arrest warrant for murder and related crimes in connection with the shooting.
