Drunk Man In Bulletproof Vest Pretended To Be Cop, Authorities Say
An intoxicated Havertown man has been charged after authorities say he pretended to be an undercover police officer during an early-morning incident on March 19.
Jesse Herman was reportedly wearing a ballistic vest, had what looked like a handgun but was actually a BB gun and was telling people at 4 a.m. in a Bryn Mawr parking lot he was an undercover police officer that was going to “shut this place down."
