The new report highlights incidents that occurred between Nov. 27 and Dec. 3.

Nov. 27, 1:24 p.m.
Giant Food Store, 950 Baltimore Pike, reported a retail theft. Two females entered the store, selected several items of merchandise from the shelves and attempted to get a refund at the customer service desk claiming the items were purchased on a prior date. The store manager confronted the pair and they ran from the store. They entered a vehicle and drove out of the lot. While fleeing, the suspect vehicle was seen striking a parked vehicle. Descriptions of the suspects and vehicle were provided. Det. James Devaney is handling the investigation.
Nov. 27, 5:38 p.m.
Reported threats at ET Richardson Middle School, 20 W Woodland Ave. A school official advised police that a threatening note was found in one of the classrooms. The note threatened harm to several students and listed their names. School officials working in conjunction with the police were able to identify the student that authored the note. Sgt John DiTrolio is handling the investigation.

Nov. 28, 2:47 p.m.
A resident from the 200 block of Sedgewood Rd reported theft of a package. The female victim received a delivery confirmation from the US Postal Service for a package left at the home. An unknown male accepted the delivery. The victim lives alone and did not authorize anyone to receive the package. Total loss is $50. Det. Daniel McNeely is handling the investigation.
Nov. 28, 5:13 p.m.
Target, 1200 Baltimore Pike, reported a retail theft. Diamonique Martin, 18 yrs old from Philadelphia, was observed concealing merchandise in her school bag. She attempted to leave the store with the
merchandise without rendering payment. She was apprehended by store security after a brief struggle, during which an employee was bitten by Martin. The total value of the theft was $656. Martin was placed under arrest and charged with Retail Theft, Assault and other related charges. Det. Robert Nutley is handling the investigation.
Nov. 28, 9 p.m.
Wawa, 195 Saxer Ave, reported a fraud. A male customer attempted to purchase 4 packs of cigarettes by way of credit card. Multiple cards were attempted and all were denied. Employees were suspicious and asked the customer for identification which he provided. He then made the purchase with one of the credit cards and left the store. It was later determined the purchase was fraudulent. The total amount of the theft was $36. Det. Robert Nutley is handling the investigation.
Nov. 29, 8:29 p.m.
Report of a residential burglary discovered in the 700 block of Buttonwood Dr. The resident arrived home and discovered several dressers throughout the house had been opened and rummaged through. Numerous pieces of jewelry were discovered missing totaling in excess of $28,000. Entry was made to the home through a rear window which had been pried open. Det. Daniel McNeely is handling the investigation.
Nov. 30, 11:54 a.m.
Target, 1200 Baltimore Pike, reported a retail theft. Tina Akhter, 30 yrs old from Primos, was observed concealing merchandise in a large shopping bag in her cart. She attempted to leave the store with the merchandise without rendering payment. The total value of the theft was $344. Akhter was placed under arrest and charged with Retail Theft. Det. James Devaney is handling the investigation.
Nov. 30, 2:48 p.m.
A resident from the 200 block of Ballymore Rd reported a theft. The victim received a delivery confirmation from UPS for an XBOX-1 gaming system she had ordered. When she arrived home, she discovered the package had been opened and the game system stolen. Total loss is $245. Det. Bridget McCarthy is handling the investigation.
Nov. 30, 4:45 p.m.
Report of a vehicle theft from the CVS parking lot, 755 S Chester Rd. The owner left the car in the lot for an extended period after having mechanical difficulties. She later discovered the vehicle missing. Det. Robert Nutley is handling the investigation.
Dec. 2, 12:21 a.m.
While on patrol, Officer Stephen Hurwitz observed a vehicle parked in the fire lane at the CVS, 334 Baltimore Pike. A check of the registration showed that it had expired in October. Officer Hurwitz performed a vehicle stop and, upon approach, immediately detected an odor of marijuana. After observing marijuana and paraphernalia in the car, the 2 occupants were removed from the vehicle and placed under arrest. Officers recovered a quantity of marijuana, cash, storage vials and several digital scales. The below occupants will be charged with Drug Possession and related offenses. Det. Dec. 2, 3:43 p.m.
Report of an employee theft at Macy's, 1250 Baltimore Pike. Nijeer Jhahaad Frazier, 18 yrs old, from Philadelphia was working as a cashier and made a fraudulent return of merchandise, loading a gift card with the refund of $412. He later used the card at the Macy's Store in King of Prussia. Frazier was taken into custody and charged with Retail Theft. Det. Robert Nutley is handling the investigation.
Dec. 2, 4:28 p.m.
Report of an employee theft at Target, 1200 Baltimore Pike. A juvenile from Chester, working as a cashier, removed cash from the register on multiple occasions over the last several weeks. Total amount of the theft was $1,560. The juvenile was taken into custody and charged with Theft. He was later released to his mother. Det. Robert Nutley is handling the investigation.
Dec. 3, 4:35 a.m.
Officers responded to a burglar alarm at the Vitamin Shop, 1058 Baltimore Pike. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the front glass door had been smashed. Officers cleared the interior of the building. At this time, nothing appears to have been stolen. Det. Robert Nutley is handling the investigation.
Dec. 3, 4:54 a.m.
While on patrol, Sgt Patrick McKenna discovered the front glass door shattered at the Starbucks, 1100 Baltimore Pike. Officers cleared the interior of the building. Drop boxes under the registers were damaged, but at this time, nothing appears to have been stolen. Det. Robert Nutley is handling the investigation.
