Springfield Road Restricted Nightly Sunday Through Thursday
The road will be restricted overnight next week to accommodate milling and paving work, PennDOT said.

SPRINGFIELD, PA – Springfield Road in Springfield Township and surrounding municipalities will see nighttime lane restrictions to accommodate milling and paving work beginning Sunday, Oct. 22.
According to PennDOT, the restrictions will be in place nightly from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next morning.
These nightly restrictions will be in effect Sunday, Oct. 22 through Thursday, Oct. 26 between MacDade Boulevard/U.S. Route 13 and Netherwood Drive/Colonial Park.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area because slowdowns will occur.
The work on Springfield Road is part of a project to repair and resurface 10 miles of state highway in Delaware County.
