BERWYN, PA – A coach who was fired amid the football locker room hazing case at Conestoga High School has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District, Conestoga Principal Amy Meisinger, and the alleged victim's father.
Former Assistant Football Coach Thomas Batgos filed the suit Wednesday, May 17, according to media reports.
Philly.com reports Batgos claims his reputation was damaged, as well as jeopardized potential future employment, in the ousting.

The outlet reports Batgos is seeking at least $50,000 in compensation and punitive damages.
In the wake of the alleged hazing, then Conestoga High School football head coach John Vogan resigned and the entire varsity and junior varsity staff – including Batgos – were relieved of duty as the district said they did not supervise the locker room.

The Pottstown Mercury reports Batgos said he never entered the locker room as he only served as an assistant coach and therefor claims he was wrongfully let go from the role.
Back in January, the three accused players admitted to minor hazing, saying they shoved, pushed and held down the victim after the victim refused to clean the locker room with other younger football player and that one teen "briefly poked the victim with a broomstick in the leg" with the intent to "scare and coerce" the victim into participating in the team locker room clean up."
