Wayne Bike Theft Leads To Felony Trespassing Charge: Police
Police said a King of Prussia man is facing charges after allegedly breaking into a Wayne garage and stealing a bike.

WAYNE, PA — Police in Tredyffrin Township filed a felony charge among others against a King of Prussia man who is accused of stealing a bike from a Wayne garage.
Andre David Morgan, 36, of King of Prussia, was charged with felony criminal trespass, theft and, receiving stolen property in connection with a bike theft that occurred at a Wayne home sometime around July 14, police said.
Police were called to the home on July 14 when the homeowner noticed their child's bike was missing from the garage.

After getting a description of the bike and photos of the suspect, an officer on patrol in Paoli saw the suspect, later identified as Morgan, on the bike and took him into custody without incident, police said.
Morgan was arraigned and released on $5,000 unsecured bail, court records show.

The bike was later returned to the owners.
Morgan is slated for a preliminary hearing on July 26.
