The Animal Care & Control Team of Philadelphia (ACCT PHILLY) has many momma cats who are trying to raise their family inside the shelter. Many are starting to get sick which makes them at risk of euthanasia. ACCT PHILLY needs foster homes. All vet care and medicine is supplied by the shelter. SAVE A LIFE TODAY!
