ANNOUNCEMENT
On June 20th The Rotary Club of Bethel-St. Clair dinner club held their Changing of the Guard ceremony, at St. Clair Country Club, inducting Ray Kells (on the right) as their new President for the 2013-2014 Rotary Year along with his fellow officers and board members. Mr. Kells, retired from a long successful career with CONSOL and former Club Rotarian of the Year, will be assuming the duties of President on July 1st. Tim Donovan (on the left), current President and Managing Director of Family Wealth Management Group LLC, will continue to serve on the Club's Board of Directors as Past-President.
