Real Estate Services in Pittsburgh is pleased to announce that eight
local managers of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services were recently honored
with the prestigious President’s Council award. Honorees were invited to join
other winners and select management on a retreat at The Hotel Hershey in
Hershey, Pennsylvania.
The President’s Council award is an
annual honor given by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services’ parent company,
NRT, to recognize approximately the top 20 percent of branch managers of 710
offices nationwide who demonstrated exemplary leadership and management skills
in 2012.

Marian McGinley, formerly the manager of the Squirrel Hill office
and currently the manager of the South Hills office.
“The President’s Council honor
recognizes managers who consistently demonstrate a standard of excellence in
both management and teamwork, and establishes a precedent for all offices
throughout the Coldwell Banker system internationally,” said Hackett. “It gives
me great pride to see this group acknowledged for their hard work and to have them
as part of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services team.”
Fifty-two branch managers from the
Northeast and Eastern Seaboard regions traveled to The Hotel Hershey for two
days of networking, celebration, education and relaxation. Participants
attended meetings and panel discussions and enjoyed free time to explore the
hotel’s many amenities including outdoor hiking trails, spa and Segway tours of
the hotel grounds.
